Smashburger - Olathe

What Isaiah Orozco likes about Smashburger:
This location has been poorly ran for years but I had points to redeem and was lucky enough to go on a day where they had a temporary manager from Ohio(Josh? who was simply awesome. I wish he was there permanently as I went back a few weeks later and it was back to the old staff who couldn't care less about their job. View all feedback.

What Star doesn't like about Smashburger:
The restaurant is so dark that you would think it is closed from the outside. Once we ordered we sat and waited about 20 minutes just to get two burgers fries and two milkshakes. The milkshakes were seriously milky. The food was not very good. The avocado was smeared on only half of my burger and the whole thing was smashed and mushy.
