Great visit as usual. Quality of the Pho was spot on as usual. I ordered the Spring Roll when I meant to get the Egg Roll, but was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Another place I had something similar wasn't any where close to Saigon Bowl. As well the dipping sauce had a nice mix of sweetness, spice, and nutty flavors to it. Just look at the photo. This is how the order came. Is a half a condiment cup worth of sauce enough for a whole bowl? I tried to drizzle the sauce over everything, but it was a losing battle. Driest meal ever. This meal should include at least 4x the sauce. Half the bowl was also rice. I basically paid $10 for a dry bowl of rice and a few pieces of chicken.
