Placed order… instead of the appetizer I ordered they sent an item that was twice as expensive and charged a tip amount I never agreed on.After 2calls and endless excuses and “oh I don’t know what to do and I “could ask the manager”” I finally give up and will simply not order here anymore!!!This is far from customer friendly and far from the Japanese courtesy I am used to from other restaurants!!!!
