Customer service is dead. You own two stores with the same name, you'd probably state that when you answered the phone. Second when a customer comes in and asks how long for a sub to be prepared, you'd probably want to answer their question and not just make the sub without asking standard sub order questions i.e. lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, mayo, white, wheat or sesame etc. Then when said customer asks why you didn...
