I don’t usually leave reviews from poor experiences, but I feel it’s good to share so changes can be made. We were just in tonight and had about a 15 min wait, not bad. We got sat at a table right in the middle of the restaurant and after 20 minutes of not even being greeted by one person, we got up and walked out of the restaurant. Wow!! This place went downhill fast. Poor quality ingredients coupled with poor preparation and service, and I had one lousy meal. Used to LOVE Venti's for their burgers and tots. Talking to the lady manager was like talking to a robot. Though she did offer to not charge for the meal, so I guess I am not out anything for the bad experience. Hopefully, they can self-correct and get back to where they were a few years... View all feedback.
It's a great place to eat I love their salads and their mushroom lentil Burger.
Amazing food and service, great selection of beers and cocktails. Would highly recommend.
