every time I go into this location, the employees are beyond rude. i work at another Starbucks, and I totally understand that it?s a hard job but being blatantly rude to customers is NOT the move. i asked if they could add sweetener in my drink (that should have sweetener) and they didn?t make it with sweetener and tried to argue that it doesn?t normally even though I explicitly asked for it.
