An authentic cuisine, a warm welcome. Being myself from the region, I recognized the flavors of the typical dishes of the north of the hostel. You will not find this in traditional Indian restaurants, at least difficult to find. Forget the Naans and enjoy the Paratas, another flagship bread from the subcontinent.
