I tinkered with the amount of beans to adjust the strength to my taste. I like a strong cup of coffee with nothing added. The beans were a bit smaller than other brands I have tried, so I increased the amount of bean per cup. The formula made all the difference I was looking for. Because this is a small batch roaster they are only open on Saturdays. They do have a nice selection of beans and do print the roast date on each bag. All the beans are sold as whole bean; however, they will grind them for you if you wish. read more.
