My favorite place to go for trout in Orosi. The owner is very on top of this game, he's trained his staff to be very quick and helpful. The grounds are well manicured. You can walk around before or after your meal. They even offer the option to catch your own trout from their pond with a string. I recommend getting a side of fried yuca with your trout.
