I ate a saddle of venison, the meat was delicious with a good forest sauce, but too many boletus and its tasteless garnish, the Brussels sprouts too al dente, the red cabbages had no taste, the chestnuts were all dry and the puff pastry with chestnut puree, no interest and the very poorly seasoned spätzli, all for 64. per person, a little expensive for my taste View all feedback.
