On 10/F, elevator at the intermediate entrance, Good Warm Restaurant, very traditional in preparation, so a little slow. Rice quality was average, sauce not about power odour from Unagi (Eel), serving Japanese aal and not fake Taiwanese aal. Have English menu and English explanation to eat it 3 ways. Waited outside for 20 mins for no reason. There were plenty of seats and the waitress didn't call in anyone even though they knew people waiting outside. They did check the waiting list but just choose to ignore. We got in after we asked! They even asked people to write their name on waiting list even when there were empty table.
