We rented a townhouse here. We had a reserved parking. The house was not really clean, but not terribly bad. It had all the necessities, including laundry and dishwasher. We booked this place from 8/29-9/5. Upon arrival the a/c didn’t work. The first clear day of weather the person that booked and paid for our resort was denied entry to the pool because the host forgot to put her name on the list. The front desk person told us to contact our host and they’ll respond asap. We called the host 6-8 times and got no response. When we had issues with a/c it took them nearly 10 hours to get...
