Excellent pasta! We ate in the restaurant one evening whilst staying in the hotel. I had the seafood carbonara which had a thick, rich flavoursome sauce, and was loaded with seafood. Nick had one with tomato sauce a cured meat which had amazing depth of flavour. We shared the swordfish gratin with apple sultans found this a little plain but perhaps it’s just not to my taste.
