This is by far the best Chinese noodles I've had in Ottawa. The flavor cannot be beat. The chili oil is so unique and rich and the soup broth on its own is unmatched. You can tell the quality of the broth is true because when its refrigerated it turns to jelly that means its been made from cooking the bones of the chicken/beef instead of a cheap substitute.
