The food was average but the service was horrible even though the waiter himself was actually kind of nice. No napkins, no salt spreader and no soy sauce on the table and no green tee. Very small portions and no nice atmosphere to eat in. I kind of felt sorry for the owners at one point when I saw all these customers going to Pookie's Thai next door and Rice Pea was empty, no one there except us. View all feedback.
