Very busy and absurdly slow, even though with the impression that they had plenty of staff. But I know lots of people walking around does not necessarily mean they are all baristas. As I was sitting and waiting for 20 min, I noticed 2 or 3 orders came wrong, which only adds to the waiting time as the barista was trying to make the order right. View all feedback.
