A gourmet place, probably I'll say with a kitsch atmosphere. Most of the dishes were amazing, some of them probably in some other places i'll never try but here they were just part of the experience. Found the Conejo Horneado and the Pork Belly dishes to be very muted, lacking in flavour, and lacking in creativity. For the price, I expected way more, this restaurant if far overpriced, especially for Pachuca. The service was bad, our mesero never checked on us...to see how we were enjoying each dish.
