There's nothing special about this place. The environment isn't inviting at all. It is dark inside and has a cold atmosphere, which doesn't represent Boca well. There's a massive turnover staff rate, always someone new when you walk in. The owner Lupo seems to enjoy yelling at people, both customers and employees.
