I've been dropping by IWC for a few months now. Good service and good lattes. Today, during a rush, I ordered an avocado toast that got lost in the shuffle. This has never happened before, and once they realized, they immediately made it right they made the avo toast but also made me another drink and offered me a cookie free of charge. What G A doesn't like about Iw Coffee:
The chai is good but only because it is David Rio's chai. I don't like that they aren't upfront about it. I mean, they even use the EXACT same description as on David Rio's website. Give Mr. Rio his kudos!For those wondering, David Rio has several chai bars in San Francisco so you can get your fix there if visiting.
