My mistake. I went to buy meat and ordered a sample of the Brisket. The cook convinced me of buying 100 grams when all I wanted was to taste a bit. I’m a BBQ and meat lover, and this brisket isn’t cooked the proper way. The cook put a strange sauce that tastes like soy and is very salty.
