It wasn't even below 0 outside and I had to keep my parka on during this meal as it was freezing in there and I was well inside towards the back of the building. The service was slow and uncaring. I had to literally flag down a server after sitting there for half an hour just to order. Then it was another half hour to get my meal, and it really wasn't worth it.
