Plume - Paris

What Julien D likes about Plume:
Superb discovery with the menu in 5 services. The kitchen is excellent. A lot of work on plates with very high quality products. The result is obvious: incredible flavours. The wine agreement proposals are very relevant. It works very well and at low prices for wines with glass. The welcome is great. The terrace is pleasant in the summer. View all feedback.

What Corinne Fouquet doesn't like about Plume:
1) is not her strength: the waiter cuts the brot with his unwashed hands and then touches the back of his jeans pair, which has probably been in the subway, etc. for two hours he does not wash his hands even. even if. he touches money, credit cards etc. he should use gloves to cut the brot. 2) chef is very talented and dishes are good 3) to expansive for what it is, for much cheaper (only by the Michelin Guide, bib gourmand,) they have a series of other restaurants in paris that would offer them amazing and much more demanding dishes (e.g. esstia, paris 6 or pottoka, paris 7.).
