I’m Argentine, I know what I’m talking about when I eat meat, and just, if I close my eyes, cooking was there as Argentine asados, I had a provolone in the entrance with a fernet, grilled calf ris with hampe and desert, we shared a homemade flan with dulce of leche, I’m sure to think about it.
