The staff here are amazing! Carla, the young man and woman were soo kind and helpful! There were issues with the order, someone drank out of my drink on the counter and my sandwich fell on the floor and some other customer had a complaint and everyone handled everything with a smile and kindness! Ordered a Caramel Macchiato Asked for extra caramel. She charged me 70 cents more. OK fine. Got the drink, tasted, in disbelief, I said did you forget to add the caramel?
