We, four of us, ate at Chez Roger twice, the first time we had a local soup, vegetable and ham, which was excellent full of fresh ingredients and flavour, with a local wine. the next time we visited we had a bouillabaisse which Roger created, it contained about fourteen different fish and was excellent, this was a soup to start with the fish as a main course accompanied again by local wines and Eau de vie to finish....
