Coming to the end of a 6 1/2 month assignment in Pau and would like to thank all the staff, both past and present, for making a non French speaker feel very welcome. Last week I went to Pau with a friend and we found this restaurant with a huge terrace and we wanted to go there. I ordered a salad which said ( Foie gras, gesiers ...) and when I saw it, I only had one little piece of Foie Gras on a (cold) toast. I found it expensive for what it was though it was good.
