Just lost my business after 15 years. Because the girl couldn't walk outside and take my order. She expected me to get out of my car and yell it to her in the rain instead of walking out to me. She then got mad and walked back inside when I said. I'm not getting out of my car. I've done nothing but promote you guys over the other chain.
