Most of these reviews are quite old, the staff must’ve been changed out or massively debriefed by management because the kind woman who usually is there when I go to get my drink is incredibly quick. Worst service ever. I came up and she was chatting with boyfriend. I never got acknowledged, I was told they did not have cold brew then I was told they didn’t have Venti size.
