After 16 hours, I just wanted to have a good meal. I ordered the 2 meat plate. Bands and brisket. Both meats were dry. I wouldn't have served my customers. Unacceptable! The crew, who set the dinner on 9/17/22, just looked like they didn't want to be there. The only friendly child was the one who let others know he had crashed on a rusty nail.
