Consider this just a quick review of the plain slice. I got a wide, cheesy, somewhat floppy and greasy, undercooked slice. It's not a crispy or crunchy crust, it has a softer chew. And I'd say it's on the paler side of brown in the bake. It's definitely a raw sauce cooked on the pie, not pre-simmered.
