We stopped by Lillie's after we had lunch in the nearby Plaza Room. It is a very cute retro ice cream/soda shop serving cones, sundaes, brownies and the like. We had single vanilla ice cream cake cone (3.50) and a double chocolate/lemon bar ice cream waffle cone (5.00). There is both inside and outside closed porch seating. The problem is that they are under staffed. I'm not sure you can fault those who are here and are working. I'm not even sure you can fault management if they are trying and can't find folks to hire.
