This Primo at 395 Arena Hub in Wilkes Barre is the cleanest, fastest Primo I've ever been to. The person who waited on me was so nice, he really made my day. You don't really think about a fast food place unless you've either had a really bad experience or a really good one and this place is great. I'll go out of my way to go to this place from now on.
