I love Gelati's. I was just at this establishment yesterday. I'm very happy about my items. I was a lil throw off by the girl who served me. Rita 's advertised a blue shark gelati and my two girls 5 and 6 years old wanted to try it. Both of them got one. After one spoonful, both said yuck and couldn 't eat it; it tasted horrible. I called Ritas and explained what had happened and asked if we could get a different one. They said no returns once it leaves the window .
