I'd been to SALT for Valentine's Dinner, and they did absolutely amazing. So, I was excited for NYE, and it was a fairly good experience but not amazing. The food was good, but I wouldn't say excellent. The drink pairing was well done, but smaller pours, for sure. In fact, each drink seemed to be half. In this economy, I understand why they'd do that. Food was not tasty at all. Really bad. The total with tax for two people was 270 dollars. Understand it was new years and a prix fixe dinner but felt like dinner inside a Hampton Inn. Didn't realize this was inside a Hilton and the atmosphere was terrible. Big disappointment plus it was our anniversary. People running by in swimsuits. The worst part was the meal itself.
