We have ordered multiple times. Initially everything was great. Lately not so much. 3rd time getting subs. The bun was hard, the meat was literally burnt. The subs lacked taste. I called restaurant, girl said let me get my shift leader Mark, then put someone named James on phone, who was difficult to understand. We are very dissatisfied.
