Lombard House hotel facilities ruined our holiday experience. Shower wasn 't working and despite complaining ,it wasn 't fixed for 3 days we stayed there. Owner 's initial response to problems is 'You must have done something ' 'We can 't do anything ' which left us dumbstruck.
