This was our first time eating here and it did not disappoint. We have been looking for a really good wood fired pizza place and this place is it. The ingredients used had amazing flavor and were super fresh. The cheese was fresh and not oily at all. Perfect portion size as well! My wife had a Bruschetta Trio and they were all so good. It's unfortunate that I'm rating Char only 3 stars, because the pizza was actually really good, and a good price. I'm primarily giving them a lower rating due to how long I had to wait for our pizzas to arrive (about 20 minutes). The brick oven pizza was cooked perfectly. Everything melted and mingles well.
