Standing directly in front of the Hostess desk after being asked to wait so I could be put on the wait list, a group walks in behind me and they immediately get put on the wait list while I’m still waiting for the hostess to get off the phone. The server who then put them on waitlist wanders off immediately and i’m stuck still waiting to be put on the list. Made it an extremely easy choice to walk out. View all feedback.
