Thanks to Fabrizio for the excellent quality cuisine! Rubata’ Focacce in accompaniment to salami and Lardo made by him! Hot focaccia with Death.... pizza with lemon zest.... spectacular brioches! Tryed last night for Carnival with a couple of friends. Local characteristic in a beautiful well renovated farmhouse, note painful the lack of any indication to reach it.
