a pretty typical dd. nothing special, but ok. the big problem, why I wouldn't visit intentionally is because of the neighboring. it's dirty. I am am amazed that the city does not work to clean this area. there is a very big congress center right opposite the road of this business, but from some reason the city does not seem to care what people think. they clearly have a major homeless problem.
