I 'll rate this experience as meeting expectations. nI ordered Gachi roll, unfortunately I assumed it will be served hot because it had shrimp tempura. Well, it was served cold, as you can asume the tempura shrimp was soggy. I should have asked. nThe taste was good, not what I expected but good. Customer service is definitely lacking. The girl that took our order was annoyed because I didn’t understand what she was saying and I said nicely I didn’t understand.
