I have eaten at this A&W, many times passing threw Phillips, but not in past 2 years. However last week friend and I stopped there for lunch. The service was good. The root beer was completely flat like syrup no bubbles or foam. My friend ordered a burger ? and found hair in it. My burger and fries were fine. We were disappointed in over all experience, Hopefully things improve. View all feedback.
