Actively standing in lobby waiting for my mobile order. The drive thru was super long but this wait in here is even longer.! The girl behind the counter is moving as fast as molasses. Its absolutely disgusting seeing her long sleeve jacket go elbow deep into ALL the bags and fries section. Lord only knows if she takes her jacket off in the restroom. No urgency from ANYONE here.
