Just what I would expect in East Texas, but not here in Phoenix. A perfect restaurant in the street house style. The decor is cool, the ambience alive and the staff is really personal. Well…this visit couldn’t have been more disappointing. We were quickly seated and when asking the hostess how her day was, she was quick to quip that staffing shortage was becoming the norm at the restaurant. Staff, know that most customers are very aware and appreciate you are there. But hearing staff shortages to customers on 4 occasions in a 1 hour visit is more than ample to get the message.
