We called on January 1st and were informed that they were open and delivering normally (We have been a customer for almost 2 years) we placed our order and were informed that delivery would be made in 60 to 90 minutes. We waited almost 3 hours and got in touch again and were informed that it was on its way, but it never arrived when we got in touch again after 30 minutes, no one answered.
