Ordered the rapid pick-up through panera app. Got the order later than the pick up time. Order was missing spoon and chips while the order paper shows both. Also had to ask for the cup for my drink order. Food was great View all feedback.

2-29-2024 I have no idea what happened but this Panera Bread was out of bread bowls or baguettes that go with the soup!They refused to substitute a bread on the side without charging me extra. I paid $32 for 2 soups, one sandwich and 2 half slices of bread that they didn't even wrap and charged me extra for.$32 without drinks.I could have gone to a far nicer establishment for that price!This is not how to run a business.
