I went here for the first time about a week ago. The customer service was great and my mocha mocha latte was tastey. The only reason Im rating this place four stars instead of five is because the lobby didnt feel cozy or ambient. It felt a bit like a cafeteria to me. Just as others have said the wait times here are atrocious. It’s not even a matter of being busy if there are one or two cars in that drive thru you’re going to be waiting for at least 30 minutes or more. Ever since they lost those two guys the place has tanked.You guys need ponytail man back. Him and that blonde guy could knock out a line wrapped around the metro in less than 20 minutes.
