I wanted to treat myself with a beef tartar. A HORROR. The meat is coming... pink. Me who prepares it myself... I brave the unknown evil took me. I left the 3/4 of the tatare and eat the accompaniment. Frites and salad okay. I took a coffee... the check and go back to my place. To advise as much as possible.
