I say this McDonald's is a step above the service is always as expected and the staff very friendly but they also have a book/dvd exchange which I found that to be awesome. So I'd give 6 stars for the friendly service and the book/DVD exchange View all feedback.

Customer service not good. I usually get a cup of hot water along with my breakfast and they refused to give me this morning. Is it dangerous?? If they can serve coffee in a cup, why not hot water? THEN the manager asked what I will use it for!! Really??? Terrible customer service!!!! Food: 2/5 View all feedback.
