Food quality is inconsistent and the prices are too high for what you get. The rice isn 't the greatest quality. It 's more of a shack then a restaurant where you order from a window. If you peek inside; most of the refrigeration units look 2nd to 3rd hand. They 're better off making a Jerk chicken truck like they have in Queens; then paying for taxes in this beat up spot.
